Huge Bedroom Green Views & Snooker | Sintra Center

  • Enjoy a spacious private bedroom in the 17th-century family home of Alex and his mum, in Sintra’s historic centre. Room 4 sleeps up to four guests, with a huge 220 × 220 cm bed, a mattress bought in London and a double sofa bed. With a fireplace in the bedroom and two small private balconies overlook the gardens and mountains.

The compact attached bathroom is exclusively yours, with a bathtub and bidet. Your room includes a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, plates, glasses and utensils, plus complimentary coffee, tea and sugar.

The bedroom, bathroom and balconies are private. You are welcome to enjoy the shared villa: the snooker room, music room with piano, guitar and violin, library, fireplace lounge, dining room, veranda and patio with stone barbecue. You may use the main kitchen’s hob and oven; please leave it clean and store food in your own mini fridge. The family and other guests use these common areas too. Other bedrooms and the family’s private rooms are not included.

Explore Sintra’s old lanes, cafés and green hills, including the National Palace and Quinta da Regaleira. Expect slopes and steps. Plan transport and admission for attractions farther uphill, such as Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle. Trains connect Sintra with Lisbon; local buses and taxis are also available. Parking in the historic centre can be difficult, so read our arrival instructions before travelling.
