This property is a dorm and not a hotel. Had to lock our bathroom after every use and cabinet too! Given a room with bunk beds n single beds felt like a hostel stay for a family couple who wanted a weekend off! Btw as fast was horrible ..fresh milk was dated 29th for use on 31st! Cups were not clean to look at! This is suitable only for back packets singles. No tv in room and Expedia should remove it from its list for hotel accommodation! After paying ~ 100 sgd per night, felt disappointed! They have a swimming pool and a sitting area with Netflix on tv, that is common to all.. looks like volunteers are running it .. l Location is ok with bus facilities. Not suitable for people above thirty five

I really loved my stay in Impact House and would really recommend it to people. The location is quite far away but the good thing is that it's close to the train station and the terminus of a few bus lines. I felt really at home during my stay here and maybe I was just too shy or timid, but I wish I was more open and befriended the staff because they seemed very friendly as well. The free daily breakfast is simple but still delicious and homemade, and I think the swimming pool was a nice addition (perfect during the summer)! Would definitely visit once again and recommend it to friends and acquaintances staying in Lisboa or Belem. Muito obrigado! :)

Hotel ok. Atencion no tan ok
Un hostel bastante lindo, las camas un poco incomodas. Limpieza ok. Me gusto que el baño compartido es solo compartido para 2 habitaciones. No me gusto mucho la atencion del personal Fuera de eso el hostel es lindo y para pasar una noche es suficiente
