    The LV Premier Chiado CH9, a 3-bedroom apartment with 2.5 private bathrooms, is very modern and fully equipped. It features 5 balconies overlooking the pedestrian street - Rua do Carmo and Santa Justa Elevator. We have double-glazed balcony doors, and a second set of windows that will allow you to enjoy the city center and filter out noise. The apartment has a pleasant living area with access to balconies, a large sofa, and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (such as dishwasher, washer and dryer). There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms with balcony access and a third double room - the studio - with its own private bathroom and kitchenette. There are a total of 2.5 bathrooms in the property, 2 complete with shower cabins and an additional small toilet. The LV Premier CH9 is equipped with high-quality bedding and towels, as well as premium bath amenities. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and heating. There are 2 elevators in the building. With an unbeatable location, easily accessible to all amenities, restaurants, attractions, theaters, and shops, the CH9 is a highly sought-after apartment. Conveniently located on pedestrian only street to everything important, access to 3rd Floor apt (2nd European floor) via elevators (narrow but there are 2 of them) and stairs. Spacious and comfortable for our party of 5 friends. 2.5 nicely appointed bathrooms with good water pressure and amenities. 3 sleeping rooms, one bedroom is quite large with king bed, bathroom and has sofa, chairs and coffee table. Staff very attentive (office is in the building) and our contact Antonio was very responsive (even after hours). We were there during the heavy rain of late January 2026 and the unit lost power and internet during one stormy night. Definitely would book this space again! Thanks for a great visit to lovely Lisbon.

Fantastic location - everything you need

We stayed here for Tuesday - Friday and enjoyed the location. Its proximity to shopping made it convenient to return with our purchases. It rained while we were there every day so we appreciated being able to return to our apartment. One of our party needed help planning her return to the airport and the office staff went above and beyond to help make sure she understood how to meet her uber. Hope to return again!

This is a first class rental with a great location. The host were very helpful and everything we needed was right there. The location was walking distance to restaurants, stores, museums and night life. We had an excellent time and had no issues throughout the trip. We had six people and everyone had enough room for luggage and storage. Recommend this location for anyone with a group.

Unbelievable Location

The apartment was just as the photos suggested, wonderful! Great layout for group travelers. The location was exceptional, walking distance to many "must see" attractions in the Chiado and Alto Barrio neighborhood. While there are no cars allowed on the street (a plus for certain), it is less just a 2 minute walk to where Taxis/Ubers can pick you up. I Will definitely be recommending this apartment to friends and family!

The best feature of this VRBO is location. Once you’ve checked in, the staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The online checkin process was a bit burdensome. Finally, the pictures online are a bit misleading. The spaces are smaller and a bit more tired than the pictures suggest. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay.

WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5. THE UNIT WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND THE STAFF RESPONSIVE WHEN THE COFFEE POT BROKE WE HAD A NEW ONE IMMEDIATELY. THE STREET DOES NOT ALLOW MOTOR VEHICLES WHICH WAS A PLUS FOR US BUT COULD BE A NEGATIVE IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF LUGGAGE. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

High class city center

Our stay was short here. Next time we will stay here much longer. This location is in the heart of the city in the high class area. If you are wanting to take a tuk tuk, they come here and will take you all over. We are Harry Potter fans. This location is on the same street, just a few doors down from the location that inspired Ollivanders wand shop… JOALHARIA DO CARMO, a gloves shop. A must see. The balcony views and live music are great too.

This is a great location but not great for three couples. There are only 2 1/2 bathrooms and one of them is right off the kitchen and living area. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close and made a big noise when opened and closed. The management team did try to address this but it it was still an issue. The place needs some upgrades. Beds were comfortable.

Excellent apartment in Chiado

We were a family of 7--grandparents, parents, and three children, and the LV apartment was perfect--three bedrooms, three baths, and washer and dryer in addition to standard kitchen. Very comfortable, with four AC units and five balconies overlooking Rua do Carmo, a pedestrian street. The apartment was extremely well supplied, and the staff very helpful--their office is next to the apartment. Short walks to restaurants, gelato, two major squares, Metro and buses. Chiado is hilly, as is all of Lisbon, with many staircases and steep roads to add to the charm. Cabs and Ubers close by at the corner. Strongly recommend!

Amazing location and apartment for Lisbon visit

Chiado property was a great location for our visit to Lisbon, with an amazing location in the center of town. The apartment was as described, with three good sized bedrooms and well stocked kitchen, including a washer and dryer. Access to the apartment was easy using the codes and there is an elevator. The air conditioning worked well. The apartment is on a pedestrian only street, so your taxi will need to drop you about .5 blocks from the door. That was not an issue for us, but wanted future tenants to be aware.

From the moment we booked this apartment on line - we knew our stay would be wonderful! Management communicated with us every step of the way and we absolutely loved the apartment and location. Beds and linens - super comfortable and kitchen fully equipped should you wish to stay home and dine in. We chose to eat out as so many amazing restaurants within walking distance. Lots of attractions as well, just a short walk away. From cathedrals, museums - you name it! There is also a fantastic gelato shop a few doors down from the apartment which we visited most nights after dinner. Just delicious!!!!
