This place smelled like sewer. There are plumbing issues causing sewer gas to come up from the washroom sink drains. The renovations that were completed appeared to be done unprofessionally. Luckily we only were there long enough to sleep get up and leave. It’s a simple fix replace the drains with a proper p-traps.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Jardin It’s in a beautiful building. Room clean and spacious. Comfy bed. I recommend walking in the park across the street and eating at Casa do Lago in the park. Tasty cocktails, delicious food and very friendly staff.

This is not a typical hotel. There is no reception and no staff on site. When you have booked, they send you a text message shortly before your arrival time, giving you codes for the keypads to access the gardens from the street, and to get into the building, and then a code for the lockbox to access your electronic key card. You let yourself in and go to your room. It feels more like a luxurious private residence than a typical hotel. But it is quite lovely. Everything is modern and tastefully decorated and good quality. My questions were responded to by text very quickly.

A beautiful modern and classic accommodations but....they use too much bleachh on the sheets and it kept me awake. The pillow was too hard, two different pillows would've been sublime! I was skeptical about planes, bus yes, ots loud. I like sleeping in a cold room, but I wished I could've had a heavier quilt. Otherwise , it was fine for one night. been

We got there at 11pm. The key was not there for us. Nobody responded to our calls. We slept in our car in the parking lot. What a disaster.

When you made the reservation you know that Le Jardin do not have front desk, we sent you the instrutions to self check-in, you did not pay attention to the message.And the keys were there! Really great property. We used it as we were flying out the next morning. It’s 15 min from the airport and there are gas stations on the way to refuel your rental car. The self check in is really nice and eliminates the forced production involved in the usual hotel check in process. The hotel is clean and nicely appointed. Better than expected, honestly. It has a five-star property vibe. Parking is really easy. There are plenty of restaurants within a 20 min walk. Remember to make reservations or you’ll have to wander to find a place that will seat you. The neighbourhood seems safe. It is not really central to tourist areas, but I suspect that nobody staying here cares too much for that. I think the metro is close, or at least what we think was the metro. For the value and upscale appointments, it might make sense to commute to the tourist areas. The hotel is on the flight path to the airport so there could be noise until about 11:30 pm, but a few hundred thousand other people in Lisbon are also on the flight path and they don’t seem to mind. Can’t slight the hotel here. 5 stars across the board. Really great place to stay.

Lovely place to stay. The staff were kind, and fortunately after a full day of travel the room was ready when we arrived. Good parking in a gated courtyard. Codes provided for self check-in. Staff came to greet us. They're so kind, considerate and helpful. The property is quaint. It's a low rise in a beautiful building. Pictures in ad don't do it justice. It's really nice! Ceilings are about 3.5-4 meters (12 feet /-) high. Lovely newly decorated rooms. This place is a win.

Very interesting small property. Beautifully converted "Heritage Building", with tasteful contemporary amenities and and design. Comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom and very spacious room with quality furnishings and enough space to lay out one's baggage without tripping over it. I would recommend Le Jardin to any tired and haggard traveler. Finally and very important, Reasonably prices, very clean and quiet for a small city centre hotel.

I needed a places to crash before an afternokn fiight. Was 1 bus ride from the airport. Clean save (gated) building with adorable charm. My room was gugantic. Great to organize my suitcase for my flight home. Hot shower, fresh towles, and a very comfy bed. It was walking distance so.many restauranta, cafes ane shops. I did absolutly zero sight seeing so i cant speak for that.. . Proximity to the airport was superb.

This was our first stay at a property without a reception desk. That being said we contacted the host who was very responsive! We were near the airport flight path which was not an issue for us. There was an espresso machine with two coffee pods, sugar but no creamer. It was a short walk to the metro from the property.

Gorgeously maintained and stylishly decorated property. Wonderful staff and service. Very reasonable rates in February definitely schedule a massage or two during your stay! And leave time to enjoy the sauna, Jacuzzi, and outdoor spaces.

Very nice and large room. Large comfortable bed. Free parking was valuable. Not the greatest location for a tourist, but close to airport. Previous complaints about heating and air conditioning were unfounded. Worked great in room 101. Likewise, noise from airplanes was a trivial issue. Would gladly stay here again.

Great place for a shirter stay. There's no housekeeping which would be a bummer for a longer stay. The hotel is at a great location. Itnisyclose to airport which means occasional airplane may pass over the hotel. I was able to sleep through yhe night without any issues.

This is NOT A HOTEL. Their is no staff around you need an email to access the property.. email i never got called and got into a verbal altercation with soraia we were out in the street at night because we never got the email and she told us if we couldnt find the email we couldn't access the property i had to call the police… at 10 pm in a foreign country because the owner did not care to understand we never got the email.. by far the craziest experience i have ever had& if that isn’t enough the entire bottom level is inhabitable in america it would be illegal to house people in the conditions those rooms were in FLOODED with water black mold and a smell of bleach and mold. Im not sure why this is even listen on expidia

The room was renovated, so it was fairly new. However, on the top floor, which is where we were, the windows were very tiny and so there was not good light and the lighting that they had was very cold and unappealing. Also no nightlight for the bathroom. We were there for 3 nights and there was not enough coffee for 2 people for 3 mornings. There were no paper towels or hand towels for the kitchen. So we bought our own paper towels. There was some dishwashing liquid which they left under the sink along with an extremely dirty sponge..which I did not use. Lastly, the shower was nice and it was new, but there was nowhere to put your shampoo and body wash, etc...except on the floor.

Lovely interior with good facilities (kettle, free water), but there is a bar next door which can be heard on a Friday night at least. Was difficult to sleep. Also planes overhead. Also missing a shelf in the shower to put anything.

A self serve hotel! Complicated to get into but instructions were clear. Walking distance to Sporting stadium and very convenient for the Airport. Parking was the reason I chose. Overall excellent stay.
