Location was great.The room was as discribed. But chek in process needs an improvement. We kept contacting the host but no answer about how to get in the property until the last minutes. If they didn't know when the room and the code would be ready, they could have replyed to one of our messages to tell us that.

Location was perfect, room was amazing just like the photos, very cosy and comfy bed, easy to get in to apartment and check out, only down side was the slight smell of drain but went away when you run the shower for a few seconds. Overall we loved it and would definitely return,

The unit was in a great part of town - and had a comfortable bed. It felt very cramped (the sloped roof limits usage of some fo the limited floor space). However, if you're not planning on being in the room much, it's a good option for travelers on a budget.

We stayed 4 nights in this studio ( 4f: no.3)which is in an excellent location in centre of town and easy to reach all the sights and all transport around the city. Very clean and comfy, light and bright and very quiet despite central location. Great mini mart a few yards away. Couple of irritations - no tea towel to dry washed dishes, telly reception fuzzy and limited Channel choice, no wardrobe sufficient for 2 people for 4+ nights so we lived partly out of suitcases, kept bopping my head on hanging bedside lights getting into bed, the corner of the sink juts out into room close to entry of bathroom door and toilet which was tricky for this larger lady getting around bathroom at times! and you can hear the neighbours in the next flat’s bathroom when they running shower and vice versa likely. Also, although we were told on email we’d get codes to get into accommodation the day before we went we didn’t get anything and I had to chase & call for them even after we landed at Lisbon so we did worry for a while. Overall though we highly recommend staying here for a great city break and would choose this accommodation again if we return to lovely Lisbon!

The room was not like what was shown in the listing. When we walked in we were struck by a strong order which we traced to the bathroom/shower. Strong mold and mildew smell and possibly gas from the drains. The safe was broken and one drawer in the kitchen wouldn't close. Very tough to get support, about 24 hour response to email. No flexibility for check out, we couldn't stay an hour or so beyond 11am. The cleaning crew was knocking on our door at 10:59am. I would not recommend staying in this room, 4f, until all the problems are fixed.

Estadia excelente! Retornaria no futuro. Tivemos um contra tempo com ar condicionado do lugar, controle parou de funcionar e a administradora não conseguiu resolver o problema a tempo. Em geral, cama confortável, itens básicos de cozinha, banheiro ótimo! Box com tamanho pequeno, se for uma pessoa obesa pode ter um pouco mais de dificuldade. Mas tirando poucos detalhes, realmente vale muito a pena! Higiene do local ótima, iluminação agradável, segurança adequada, a administradora sempre muito atenciosa. Excelente estadia!

Few details on the size of the place

When I knew we were renting an airb&b I assumed it would be larger than a standard hotel room. It was not. Here’s a better description. It was at one time probably a 3 bedroom apartment. Then they separated each bedroom into a separate rental room. Threw in a very small sink and stove and a shower that is slightly larger than shoulder width. Yes, it was clean and functional for a small room but really it’s in a city so I guess anything goes. We own an AirB&B in the US in Georgia, it’s rented as a full 3 bedroom, 21/2 bath, family room, full kitchen and dining room. With a nice porch that overlooks the lake that it sits on. But yeah it’s not in Lisbon! Go figure.

Struttura non tra le più pulite, polvere, capelli, briciole. Comunicazione difficile con i referenti, risposte mai tempestive. Continuo rumore fastidioso proveniente dal tetto. È un peccato perché l’appartamento merita molto come la zona. Consiglio di aggiungere prodotti per doccia (bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo). Peccato veramente.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage direkt in der Stadt. Aber es gibt auch ein paar Dinge zu bemängeln. Der Siphon im Bad stinkt und der Geruch verteilt sich dann im gesamten Studio. Wir waren 4 Tage dort, es wurde nicht einmal geputzt, besonders hat uns gestört, dass auch keine Handtücher gewechselt wurden und die Mülleimer nicht geleert wurden. Es gibt auch kein Geschirrhandtuch. Am Abreisetag durften wir nicht mal unsere Koffer im Treppenhaus bis zur Abreise stehen lassen, wir mussten sie in einen Shop zur Aufbewahrung bringen, der einen halben Kilometer entfernt war.
