Welcome to my beautiful 1-bedroom apartment, located in the privileged neighborhood of Marquês de Pombal! Fully renovated at the beginning of 2018, I am sure this flat will turn your stay into a memorable experience!

This apartment is part of a very special project we worked on for one year. Everything was carefully chosen to ensure you live a comfortable and unique Portuguese experience within these walls.

Located on the 6th floor of this completely renewed building, I am sure this apartment will definitely set the tone for a perfect stay in the city.

The apartment sleeps up to four people. Two in the bedroom, and two on the sofa bed in the living room.

If you are two people and still want me to prepare both beds, please note there is a charge of 15 euros, per night, payable in cash on arrival.

There is one bright bedroom with one extremely comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm).

The wardrobe is very spacious so you would benefit from a lot of storage space.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
A living room featuring a comfortable sofa seating (sofa bed), cable TV and a dining area.
It has access to an open equipped kitchen, where my guests can use the Nespresso machine, kettle, stove, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils you might need for cooking fresh home-cooked meals.
Air Conditioning is located in the living room.

THE CONCEPT
This apartment is part of a very special project called Unknown Lisbon. We have worked on it for one year, to ensure our guests would be able to enjoy the most comfortable stay while discovering a part of the Portuguese culture which is usually unreachable for most visitors.
In these apartments, we expose paintings, sculptures, literature, and photographs from unknown (or “not-so-famous”) Portuguese artists. We allow you to see art made in Portugal, that is not usually shown in museums or in commercial galleries.
Our aim is to purely promote national works of art, and, therefore, we do not take any commissions from the artists, nor from guests.

The items are changed frequently and in one apartment you are able to see the work of different individuals.

**Late check-ins, from 7pm to 9pm, have an extra charge of 20€ payable in cash upon arrival. After 9pm there is an extra charge of 40€.

Bon appartement au coeur de Lisbonne

Nous avons apprécié - L'emplacement dans la ville et par le métro - Le supermarché à deux pas - L'appartement bien aménagé, bien meublé, bien équipé - Matelas confortables - Les produits de base qui évitent de devoir acheter quantités de produits qu'on n'utilisera pas - Bonnes fenêtres qui isolent du bruit de la rue - Bonne climatisation - Notre arrivée de nuit n'a pas été un problème - Le gestionnaire est très attentif Nos petites insatisfactions: - Une odeur d'égout parfois forte dans la salle de bain. Nous y avons remédié en laissant fonctionner le ventilateur sans interruption - Le fauteuil-lit, qui est confortable, aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage - Des draps seraient appréciés pour remplacer la couette en été - Les oreillers sont nuls, petits, durs, compactés dans leur taie. J'ai dû utiliser une couette pliée à leur place. Ceci dit, notre séjour a été agréable et je recommande cet endroit.
