Stairs going up narrow and high; hard to climb with luggage. Problems getting in but keypad system was new so it was a learning curve for owner.Not equipped with essentials but nice and clean. Stairs to loft difficult to naviigate. Owner nice to deal with.

Great neighborhood, but long way from check in

Neighborhood is close to lots of small restaurants and bars and close to downtown. Apartment is on 4th floor, with tight, steep stairs. It’s clean and nice light. Note that check in is in a different part of town. It’s 15-20 minute Uber or taxi away so we spent time going out to check in, get the keys as well as time back to the apartment.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment was well done, modern and for the most part well equipped. Light and airy. I would recommend this rental in a heart beat, but would warn tenants of the stairs. Thanks Bernardo, you were very welcoming. Hope to see you again next year. A few areas owner could improve on, to bring this rental to the next level. Most definitely let guests know about the STAIRS to get to the apartment, very narrow stair case and four floors up, most difficult with luggage. A welcome basket... would have been amazing. If there would have been cold water waiting in the fridge, a stapletwo, some bread, fruit...just a little something so you don´t have to rush out right away. Maps of Lisbon and area, locating nearest store to get supplies. Kitchen could have had an extra dish towels, dish cloths, more than one knife, a lifter for cooking and some paper towels. In the bathroom a bath mat for shower would have been great. There was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom.

Parfait pour l emplacement , la modernité et l originalité du logement, Mais pas de lumière dans la pièce principale (ampoules manquante et autre grillée) Pas de brosse dans les WC Pas de liquide vaisselle 1 verre a vin et 3 autres verres dépareillé Propreté ok Un bel endroit mais léger manque de rigueur dans la preparation

Logement calme

Logement bien situé et au calme, propre, par contre l'accès par escalier est un peu difficile avec des enfants ou personnes à mobilité réduite. Le moins : il faut aller chercher la clé à 3 stations de métro Le plus : proche de la station métro Baixa, des différents transports, des restaurants et vraiment au calme.

L'appartamento è in un posto ideale per visitare Lisbona. Nuovo, ben areato, ben arredato. Unico neo: qualche problema con gli scarichi del bagno, che emanano cattivo odore, e il piatto doccia sbrecciato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non ottimale. Siamo in 5, ho prenotato e pagato per 3 adulti e 2 bambini, ma ho trovato pronti solo 4 posti letto e asciugamani per 3 persone. Il ragazzo dell'agenzia si è scusato dicendo che credeva che i bambini fossero piccoli, ma al momento della prenotazione io avevo dichiarato la loro età (5 e 11 anni)
