Once an old sawmill, the property was transformed into an award-winning villa in 2022, blending historic character with modern comfort. Perfectly located for exploring Lisbon, Cascais, and Sintra, it offers the best of city and beach life.

The villa features airy open spaces with double-height ceilings, original stone walls, and bright interiors. Two charming gardens provide outdoor dining, a summer kitchen, and a herb garden, while the sunny terrace upstairs is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun.

The living room is cozy year-round, with a fireplace for cooler evenings. The kitchen is a dream for food lovers, fully equipped with high-quality tools and tableware. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the Wilfa brewer, V60, and Aeropress, and we can arrange specialty coffee from some of Lisbon’s best roasters upon request. Filtered and remineralized tap water means there’s no need for bottled water.

The three bedrooms feature comfortable beds with organic natural-fibre mattresses, quality duvets, and plenty of pillows. Two modern bathrooms include one with a spacious shower and one with a bathtub, ideal for families, both stocked with soft cotton towels and essential toiletries.

A custom workspace on the mezzanine makes working from home easy. We also prioritize a healthy indoor environment, using gentle, non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning products throughout the house.

Located between the elegant Santo Amaro neighborhood and the historic center of Oeiras, you’ll find cafés, shops, a market, and even an award-winning ice cream shop nearby.
