Please note that in bedrooms without windows, a portable AC may not perform efficiently because it requires proper ventilation. In those rooms, we provide a high-quality air cooler or fan instead, ensuring every guest has a comfortable sleeping environment. We always equip each room with the cooling solution that works best for its layout, so you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

By Metro:
The nearest metro stations are Baixa-Chiado (Blue and Green lines) and Rato (Yellow line), both about a 10 to 15-minute walk away. From these stations, you can enjoy a scenic walk through some of Lisbon’s most iconic areas.

• Cooling & heating: The apartment includes two portable air conditioning units, fans in every room, and heaters for the cooler months to keep you comfortable throughout the year.

• Early check-in & luggage: We're happy to offer early check-in whenever possible if there isn't a check-out scheduled on your arrival day. Luggage drop-off is always available from 12:00 pm on your check-in day, and you may also leave your luggage with us until 2:00–3:00 pm on your check-out day. As we prepare the apartment for incoming guests, late check-out is not available. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to arrange early check-in or luggage storage.

• Historic Lisbon building: This apartment is located in a charming historic building that reflects Lisbon's unique character. While older buildings may occasionally require maintenance, our dedicated local team is always ready to respond quickly and resolve any issues as soon as possible.

• Natural light: Thanks to Lisbon's hillside landscape, almost every room enjoys natural daylight despite the apartment being on the lower level.

• No pets: Pets are not permitted to help maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
