Really enjoyed staying at the Moxy Lisboa Oriente. It is very close to the train station. The staff was very nice. It is a nice hotel for working remote as well.

Location is great if you need to be near the station or to get quickly to the airport, tho not for visiting Lisbon as it's in a grungy spot across from the bus station. I think the hotel is geared towards 20-somethings that just want to drink/party. When I arrived there were 7-10 workers facing the front door at the receptionist bar. Not one staff person looked up to greet me. I walked up still nothing. I said hello, I'm here to check in. They looked at each other and eventually decided which one would assist me. Definitely not a welcoming group. The focus of the lobby is the huge bar/reception desk. You can have their signature cocktail upon arrival. No detectable alcohol. I'd rather have complimentary coffee/tea in the room or lobby but they don't offer either option. You have to get it at the bar for €2.50. The room was fine tho there was a lot of black hair on one of the beds. Disgusting. Luckily I had the second bed to use. I paid the extra for "city view", there is no view, it's of the bus station. Don't bother. Not a hotel I'd come back to as I'm over 23 years old and a bar isn't my circle of life. Give me a regular hotel with friendly customer service, a clean bed and complimentary coffee before my morning flight and I'm happy. This hotel offered none of those things. I've stayed in €20 hostels and $200 hotels nearby as I travel frequently and have had much better experiences at all of them.

When in Lisbon, stay at Moxy and Nowhere else!
The staff were very friendly and quite helpful - I did not have the proper electric wall outlet plug and they lent me on which was a big savior. Also, they gave a list of Vegan restaurants around and in the walking distance - which was quite amazing. They made vegan burger one night very late since I came in late and did not find any restaurants open.

My last stay at this hotel was decent but this time around I was extremely dissatisfied. The staff was extremely rude this time around. They refused to charge my credit card and also refused to take USD - which in itself is ridiculous - so I ended up having to go to a money exchange where the man literally scammed me and only gave me 5 euros in exchange for $20USD. Anyways, after all of this, once I finally got to the room after dealing with the ridiculously rude staff, I decided to take a shower and made the mistake of using their shampoo. The shampoo literally gave me bumps on my head. Overall a terrible experience! Based on this experience I do not recommend this place.

Great check in experience, they were able to give us two rooms right away! Just few concerns with the amenities-Unable to adjust Shower head height, shower door has gap when you close it. Shower floor can be very slippery.

Welcome drink. Let us borrow an adapter. Trendy place. Small but clean room. Lots of room in bathroom but amenities in large bottles and no lotion. Small single beds. Very close to train station. No breakfast. Staff very friendly.

It great close to airport 10 minutes by car and it’s near train metro, train and bus station. 5 minutes walk from a mall. I would recommend clean and comfortable! And I received a welcome drink!

I was exhausted and not feeling well, so I was delighted Mozy Oriente Lisboa was so close to the train and metro stations. However, walking to it I couldn’t see the name of the hotel from the station exit until almost on top of it. The staff were great!
