We had an amazing experience at Nice Way. It was easy to get to, everyone was very friendly. The bbq dinners were so good and it’s in a nice area too. Very safe for solo travellers too.

Friendly staffs
Friendly staffs and good vibe is the highlight of this place. It’s a safe place for solo female travelers and for those who want to combine their stay with some surfing lessons.

Whilst the accommodation is very clean and well kept, it was disappointing that we didn’t get any sleep on the first night due to constant door slamming and being in close proximity to the boiler. In my opinion, there shouldn’t be a room located so close to the boiler. I did raise this and was told that it was likely to improve the second night, which it did. An apology was offered but no gesture of goodwill etc. I did like the place and the atmosphere but I would be unlikely to stay again due to the noise issue.

Great hostel and so nice to have a pool. It’s mostly run by volunteers it seems and they don’t do much working, I told them about the shower broken 2 days and didn’t get done until I told the manager when she was in. It’s a bit of a hike up the hill but not too bad. Cascais is lovely

Generally, it was a pleasant stay. However, the conditions definitely are not as described. Rooms are very small and feel crowded. Also, I am sure I booked a different room to the one I was placed in—I would never book a mixed dorm, yet I ended staying with three men in the room. Bathrooms and showers are all mixed, so beware if you are a woman as there will be half-naked men wrapped in towels using the bathrooms, but there is one private bathroom with shower available and it is really worth waiting in the line for. The hostel can be very noisy due to people slamming doors late into the night. Day naps won’t last long. Also, it would be nice if there was coffee available for guests throughout the day.

The staff are very plasent to be with them. They always what to help and want to be sure I am confortable in my stays. Every Thursday we get together to taste a different food. They serve wine or sangria. If I have chance I will be visiting them in my next yrip

Wonderful value and quality
Perfect hostel with really friendly staff. Very close to town centre. I stayed in a double ensuite room and it was perfect. Quality private bathroom. Very nice breakfast included. Loved Eireann the Irish staff member.

O local é mesmo muito bonito e a equipe quase toda muito simpática. O pequeno almoço é bom mas poderia ser mais farto, ainda assim vale a pena. A única coisa realmente ruim são as casas de banho compartilhadas. A parte dos vasos são bem apertadas de modo que uma pessoa mais gordinha não consegue usar confortavelmente. E tomar banho é um desafio ja que não tem chuveiro.

Nice spot, a villa with pool, large, clean amenities. Common living room with video games. The only drawback would be missing curtains in the dorms.

PERFECT
It was amazing to stay here, I've met lot of people from everywhere. Everyone is so friendly and you can meet travellers from all over the world. The place is peaceful, the dorms are big and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and the drinks are so cheap (plus the Sangria is very good). Definitely recommended. It was the best hostel I've ever been in. Everything was so perfect. Thank you all for making my journey so beautiful. I will come back for sure :)

溫馨的年青人民宿
因為太好的緣故，由一晚變成四晚住宿。這裏接待的，主要是年青朋友。雖不至太熱情，但只要你 主動去問他們，例如景點的問題，他們都會很熱心的給你解答。房間十分乾淨整潔，設計亦很時尚，四晚總共住了三間不同的房間，因為沒有預早預定的關係。但，可看到不同房間的佈置都很有心思。要注意的，是其中一間房間是沒有洗手間，是要共用的。早餐較為簡單，但廚房的用品一應俱全，喜歡下廚的話，這裏是很好的選擇。內有滑浪及瑜珈課程可供住客報名。泊車就在門口的街邊，基本上晚上都有很多的位置。

Dejligt hostel med hyggelig atmosfære.
Dejligt hostel, hyggelig stemning med unge mennesker på surfskole. Fin beliggenhed ikke langt fra byens centrum. Parkering lige udenfor. Kan varmt anbefales.

pour un séjour confortable et ool
Super accueil dans cet établissement situé dans une maison ancienne où nous avons occupé une belle chambre, lumineuse, moderne et confortable avec son balcon (partagé) vue mer. Malheureusement quelques finitions sont à revoir : fenêtre qui coincent, store mal monté gênant l'ouverture de la porte extérieure, volet de la porte occultant en partie la fenêtre, mécanisme de serrure bruyant (surtout lorsque la présence de sanitaires communs génère des va-et-vients fréquents). Écoulement des douches à revoir, patères à refixer. WC étriqués. Pas de possibilité de s'isoler au niveau des lavabos dans un espace mixte. Nous retiendront plutôt le bon petit-déjeuner buffet à prendre près de la piscine et l'excellente ambiance générale. Attention, si vous cherchez le calme il peut y avoir de la (bonne) musique en soirée. Possibilités de stationnement dans la rue. Un établissement qui conviendra mieux aux jeunes (surtout les surfeurs qui y trouveront des attentions spécifiques) qu'à un séjour familial.

We liked it a lot.
Nice hotel and atmosphere. 10 minutes walk to city center and city beaches. 15 minutes drive to wonderful surfing Guincho beach, 10 EUR by UBER or organized by hostel surf school.
