At nearby Plaza Spain, you'll have Metro (subway) station- "Praça de Espanha" -blue line- five stops to historic center. Close by you have Gulbenkian Museum and Garden, The Lisbon Zoo, Lisbon Universities, Great Park Campo, Campo Pequeno, and Corte Ingles department store in Lisbon best with VAT deductable for non european visitors. If you travel with kids the Lisbon Zoo is a must, and it's 15 minutes walking distance. You are also at 10 minutes walking distance from Entrecampos station, the hub that provides connections (Metro- yellow line, buses and trains) to everywhere in Lisbon, Cascais or Sintra also. Lisbon's beaches are approximately 30 minutes away by train! Just outside the building You also have a taxi stand. Property was as described and the hospitality showed by Louisa and Henrique was wonderful. Left us a bunch of stuff in the fridge, greeted us at check-in and were very very helpful. Would highly recommend this place to stay. Thanks again!!

Luisa and Henrique met as at our rental and showed us everything we needed to know. They stocked the refrigerator with water, milk, bread, and other staples. It was so unexpected and appreciated.
The apartment is very comfortable. They have a person come and freshen up the unit periodically too. We used the washer and loved having a refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked so you could cook if you chose to- we did not. It’s walking distance to the zoo and a museum. A great place to stay with fabulous hosts.
Outstanding apartment with an amazing property owner
We stayed at Henrique and Luisa's property while in Lisbon. The property is very well maintained, super clean with attention to details to make your stay really comfortable. Grocery store is at a walking distance. We just loved it.
The location is not in the middle of the historic town, but in modern Lisbon. After staying for few days in historic town, we loved our stay at this property.
Luisa and Henrique were great; super responsive, helpful and very cheery. It was an absolute pleasure to meet them.
Luisa and Henrique have demonstrated that the Portuguese reputation for outstanding hospitality remains unblemished.
Upon arrival, they had stocked the fridge with milk, a variety of yoghurts, bottled water etc. and left a loaf of fresh bread, croissants, local almond cookies and a beautiful lemon cake under glass. There were extra coffee pods, cereals, and a variety of teas. The apartment was clean and well appointed and extremely comfortable. If you care about such things, the a/c is a modern `digital inverter' unit which is extremely quiet and efficient. The apartment is very quiet (you cannot hear neighbours nor street noise). The cleaning service every other day was appreciated. Local amenities are improving (the market around the corner is being refurbished, but I could buy fresh fish and charcuterie from 7-2pm when needed). The patio is larger than it appears in the photo (how often does that happen?) The added bonus was their arranging a car to/from the airport so that I was met with a sign with my name on it which, after 17 hours of travel, was much appreciated.
Would I stay again? I would be disappointed if I went to book and could not. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful and relaxing
As nice as the pictures show, great apartment for the two of us. Only a 15 min walk to Gulbenkian Garden / Museum (recommend) and a 20 min drive to the waterfront. The hosts were wonderful, patiently waiting late to greet us with a table set with fresh flowers, candy dish, cookies, breads, fruit and fridge stocked with water, milk and yogurt plus pods for tea/expresso for breakfast.So nice and unexpected! They supplied a booklet of restaurant suggestions and local attractions and answered all our questions. Bed was very comfortable and included plush bathrobes and high quality towels/linens. Just around the corner, Pastry S. Lawrence had wonderful pastel de nata's. One of our best meals during vacation was at Soberba which is a 5 min walk. Nearby is good size market along with assortment of small restaurants. The garage was really convenient, easy to park in designated spot. Nice balcony with city view and quiet apartment in a non touristy neighborhood. Internet was very fast. Cleaning even included a few dishes in the sink, so didn't need to do anything. Only negative was near flight path of the airport but it didn't bother us and no flights at night. Will definitely stay again during next visit, so much better than a hotel.
