Beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location!

The apartment is very chic with nice amenities and plenty of space for our group of 4! The location truly is unbeatable—right in the heart of Graça with everything you need around the block amongst the charm of the old city! There is an amazing pizza place next door called Matta and the popular Vino Vero is right next door! Also, Manuel was a responsive and helpful host during our trip and is helping us get our forgotten items back afterwards! It was an incredible experience due in part to staying in such a wonderful neighborhood in a comfortable apartment.

The flat had major contraction in the stairwell, the hot water only laster 10 min, not enough for two people to take a hot shower, the tv remote had dead batteries, the electricity when out when I pugged in the below dryer, the toilet seat was broken, the was water coming in from the walls, the place was really bad

Große Wohnung in lebhaften Altstadtviertel

Schöne große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, wobei das Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer nach vorne raus gehen. Hier ist es bis ca Mitternacht recht laut gewesen, da unmittelbar vor der Haustür mehrere (nette) Lokale liegen, wo die Leute überwiegend draußen sitzen. Ein Zimmer liegt (ohne Fenster) im Innern der Wohnung, das dritte und die Küche gehen nach hinten raus mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Der Self-Chek-In war unkompliziert. Allerdings mussten wir im Vorfeld auf Antworten des Vermieters öfters länger als 24 Std. warten. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber. Im Treppenhaus gab es ein Problem mit Kakerlaken, da waren aber die Schädlingsbekämpfer schon aktiv. Aus den vorderen Fenstern toller Blick Richtung Tejo-Fluß und Christo-Rei-Statue. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Viertel ist angenehm und die Infrastruktur optimal (Bäcker direkt gegenüber, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Tramstation um die Ecke)

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Die Altstadtwohnung im Herzen Graça ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht in der nähe, ein kleiner Supermarkt "minipreço" 3 gehminuten entfernt und ein Beckereigeschäft vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mir Herr Dias war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Freuntliche Grüsse
