Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
**DO NOT BOOK**The room was not as described in the advertisement. The room was to have a balcony, and it didn't. The air con wasn't working. The property owner ghosted me when I tried to resolve the issues. The apartment was over run with washing and took up the ability to use the common spaces. It smelt of mould and sulphur. Terrible access to front door as code doesn't work. Steep stairs to walk up in the dark. There are cheaper alternatives to stay and better quality. Would never recommend to anyone

El baño tenía humedades en las paredes, la cisterna del wc no paraba de sonar, por lo que dormir se hacía algo complicado. Las señoras de la limpieza se dejaron un estropajo debajo de la cama y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba negra de humedad.La ubicación es muy buena y la cama muy cómoda, la calefacción funciona perfectamente, pero el baño..... Muy mejorable.La comunicación con el responsable algo lenta pero eficaz.Entiendo que resolverán los problemas en el baño, así los siguientes huéspedes podrán disfrutar de una estancia buena.
