Great location. Little amenities, like a fan and dishwashing supplies are provided, so you don't have to "set up house" when you arrive. The key could be tricky, and sometimes, you need to pay attention to dog, um, do on the sidewalk, but otherwise, the neighborhood is super, grocery, park, cafe and metro nearby, and the company is really communicative.

Disappointing management company Homing.com.pt

**This review is not about the property São Bento Classic by Homing. This is about the disappointing management company Homing.com.pt Homing contacted me and said São Bento Classic and told me São Bento Classic need a bit refurbishment and it was not available on the date I booked. They re-arrange an alternative accommodation. The alternative property is larger, but one of the reason of my initial booking of São Bento Classic is the terrace garden. Anyway, I accepted it as I was too busy and don't have spare time to find alternative accommodation. The alternative property looks OK on photo. Missing hair dryer. I contact the office on the first day and staff agree to bring one and leave it on the table in the property. No sight of it.

Die Eingangstür ist nur sehr schwer zu öffnen, man benötigt viel Kraft dafür. Die Wohnung ist so hellhörig, sämtliche Geräusche von draußen und von oben kommen durch, das ist ziemlich nervig. Es hat durch die Terrassentür permanent reingeregnet. Klopapier hat für 2 Tage gereicht und sonst sind sämtliche Haushaltswaren nicht vorhanden. Keine Mülltüten oder Seife vorhanden.Pfannen könnten mal erneuert werden, wenn man kochen will dauert es lange bis es heiß wird. Alles im allem könnte die Wohnung hier und da nachgebessert werden!

Palazzo fatiscente. Si tratta di un sottoscala rinnovato. Bagno piccolissimo e in generale appartamento piccolo per 4. Il secondo letto è un divano da una piazza s mezza. Posizione abbastanza buona, 20 minuti a piedi dal centro.
