The apartment is located on the third floor of a fully renovated building and there is no lift, so please keep in mind this typical Lisbon feature of the property—it’s common in Portugal’s capital.

The trendy areas of Príncipe Real, Chiado, and Bairro Alto are just around the corner. There are many restaurants, bars, cafés, and cultural attractions in the area, and the riverfront is just a 10-minute walk away.

This spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor (note: no lift) of a renovated building in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment consists of a living room, a dining room, a study area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms.

Please note that one of the bedrooms has no windows, as shown in the photo of the room with the red chair.

Both bedrooms have a double bed, and the apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. The apartment has been recently renovated and features double-paned windows that keep it well insulated and block out street noise. There is fast Wi-Fi, a TV with all major channels, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

In addition, a washing machine and dishwasher are available for your use.
