The apartment had a smell of humidity as it is poorly ventilated. The room was also very hot. There a small fan that was very noisy and did not work very well. We requested another fan on the first day and never got it, even after asking for it multiple times. That being said, the location of the apartment is very good. Also, the bed was comfortable.

Great studio. Centrally located. Super friendly neighbours. Close by supermarkets. Clean. Great communication. Nice place to work. Cool, no airco but a good fan. Good tv with Netflix. Enough storage space for longer stays. The beautiful Graça with its viewing point around the corner. Washing machine which is great. Had a great stay! Highly recommend.

Marta was an absolute gem. She met us late to check us in and show us how to work things in the apartment, and made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely first time in Lisbon. The apartment is small and cozy, and when we found it too warm without an air conditioner, Marta brought us a second, larger fan to insure our comfort. It is very central, close to shops, groceries, and the metro station.

Property was clean, we were welcomed by Marta who looks after the property.Marta was a very nice lady who showed us the property and how things worked. She told us where the shops were. The property had a washing machine included aswell as a bottle of wine and strawberries, Thank you Marta!.

Marta was wonderful. She gave me a big welcome and showed me how everything worked. She went over and above during my stay. I cant thank her enough! The studio apartment exceeded my expectations. It was stocked with everything I needed.

The apartment was clean and just what is listed. The only caution I would have is that we had trouble with the outside door lock. It was tricky to get it to work. While the host made it look easy, it took my husband and I multiple attempts to get it to unlock. The host said she was going to change the lock but it couldn't happen until we were gone. Just check that out before you book. Best wishes!

me gustó la ubicación a pesar de ser un barrio donde todo es indu.paquistani turco y en la zona hay puntos de venta de droga clarísimos,casi todo son apartamentos turísticos donde van cantidad de parejitas extranjeras lo que propicia que te cobren 4 euros por un cafe.aun así el ambiente es tranquilo y por la noche no se oye nada,la atencion de Marta maravillosa,el apartamento tiene pequeñas carencias falta de luz en el baño frigorífico sin congelador escasez de armarios para colgar ropa.la sabana con un agujero en fin pequeños detalles que podrían mejorar la estancia..Vuelvo a repetir Marta como anfitriona un encanto.

Kommunikation vorab und am Tag der Anreise funktioniert nur schleppend. Zuverlässigkeit ist nicht gegeben (zum Beispiel wurden Wäschepods, ein Willkommensgeschenk und Bahnkarten (zum Wiederaufladen) versprochen und nur einen Tag später nach erneuter Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. An sich war der Kontakt (wenn er dann stattfand) immer nett und freundlich. Das Bett ist klein (1,20) das hätte man eventuell wissen können. Das Kissen hatte keinen Bezug und hatt größere Flecken gehabt (rot). Unterkunft hat ein Fenster und liegt im Erdgeschoss. Das Fenster dichtet nicht ab, die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Da es ein alter Stadtteil von Lissabon ist, sind die Häuser entsprechend alt und es gibt ein Kakerlakenproblem (selbst mit dauerhaft geschlossenen Fenstern inkl. Rollladen). Das hat uns endgültig den Schlaf geraubt. Die Lage war aber sehr gut, nah an der U-Bahn und fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Wir würden dennoch einen anderen Stadtteil bevorzugen und nicht wieder kommen.
