Excellent 40 m² apartment in the centre of Ericeira with balcony, a beautiful sea view, 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people.

It features a living room with TV, sofa and a bed that can be single or double, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.

It also has a balcony with furniture, wifi, hair dryer, iron and is located in a condominium with lift, garden and swimming pool.

Located about 300m from S. Sebastião Beach, near supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.

Ideal for those who want to have a holiday without having to take the car.



Note:

We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.

We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.

Perfect location!

We spent 8 days at this lovely accommodation, and would definitely do it again! The location was perfect within walking distance to the center of Ericeira - plus easy access with car and parkering. Furthermore we loved how easy the communication was. The bed was very hard, but that is all :D

Sunset Apartment Stay

Maria Silva and the other agents were amazing, informative and helpful. We loved the size of the apartment and the view. It was on the edge of town, so it was quiet but also walkable to the many restaurants in Ericeira. Also, being located above the fisherman’s district had a charming local appeal. The living area and tv were up to date and you could AirPlay with your devices which is a plus. The porch furniture was also great to hang out on. You could walk to surf if you wanted up to the reserve, but I usually drove. Parking here is a breeze compared to in town and the food store is a stones throw away. The bed was super hard along with the pillows on the main bed. The bathroom was a little cramped with a weird shower set up but it met our needs fine. Old people would have trouble getting in or out of the shower. Having to give the deposit in cash was inconvenient as we were only staying or a little less than two weeks. I feel like they could have done a hold on our card instead.

A perfect spacious apartment by the sea. Well equipt with everything you need for a 1 week stay.
