5. Quiet hours are from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors .
6. Music and television should be kept at a reasonable volume.
7. The property may not be used for commercial activities, photoshoots, filming, or events without prior written approval.
8. Guests are expected to treat the home with care and leave it in good condition.
9. Any damage, breakages, or maintenance issues should be reported promptly to the host.
10. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
