Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

As we do not have a physical reception, check-in is arranged in advance. It is important that guests keep in touch with us regarding their estimated arrival time.

Please note that parking availability may vary and should be confirmed with us in advance.

We kindly ask you to treat the apartment with care and respect, as if it were your own home.

-Parties and events are not allowed.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be especially mindful of noise -during these hours and respect the rest of the residents.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
-Please keep the building's common areas clean and respect the other residents.
-Please do not leave rubbish or perishable food inside the apartment at check-out.
-Pets are welcome, but please inform us in advance.
