Excellent service from John at reception was helpful and offered a number of suggestions. I stayed two nights and mostly walked to everything I needed to attend. The Lismore Gateway Motel was a real find that I wasn't expecting.

Fantastic Lismore Motel

We had a lovely comfortable stay at Lismore Gateway Motel. The Motel is very well located, close to the centre of town, easy to find and had undercover parking. The staff were helpful and friendly. Its a new Motel with very well maintained gardens and pool.

Our stay at the Lismore Gateway Motel was highly enjoyable. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and truly went out of their way to provide exceptional service. We visited Lismore Gateway Motel during the Covid 19 Pandemic at a time when the travel restrictions had just been lifted. This caused a surge in the numbers of people travelling and we were lucky to get a booking. The pandemic had caused staff shortages across the hospitality industry and Lismore Gateway Motel was also dealing with this problem. Brad and his team were very professional in the way they dealt with problems arising from this situation. They worked hard to ensure that their guests were comfortable and satisfied with their stay and the services provided by the motel. We have family in Lismore and will be staying at Lismore Gateway Motel on all our future visits.
