Kitchen/Dining Room:16' x 14'4” A large, bright living space fitted with a country style fully fitted kitchen including fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. There is also an electric hob, oven and microwave oven. Granite worktops and a double belfast sink and marble flooring complete the kitchen.
Living Room: 17'6”x12'. Spacious living room with oak wooden floors and a multifuel stove set into the chimney breast. Sofa, coffee table, satellite TV/DVD/Video player and stereo.
Downstairs Bathroom: 9' x 6'3” Marble floor with wet room shower , WC and wash hand basin. Electric towel rail and underfloor heating.
Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): 14' x 13'4” Double bedroom with pocket sprung bed, solid oak furniture, oak floor and underfloor heating.

View over countryside behind or the courtyard to the front.
Bedroom 3: 17'6” x 13'6” Twin bedroom with views over the courtyard to the front and rolling countryside to the back. Solid oak furniture, oak floors, and en-suite bathroom (shared with bedroom 2).
