"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re here, definitely book a spa treatment for yourself. Breakfast was incredible. No AC, so the room was quite hot at night but other than that, a very comfortable and restful stay. "

"This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal...

"Wonderful place! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was incredible! Location is down the hill from most shops but very walkable and we didn’t see any others closer. The difficulty is the drive getting to Seiffen. For us it was one hour of country roads one way and about an hour leaving heading to Erfurt. Well worth the visit. This hotel was wonderful and great value! "
