"I would say setting a standard is difficult but important step in ranking a hotel. Between picking a great vs not a great hotel based on some reviews is a bit difficult and somewhat challenging. This pick was a great one. Kenzo helped in registering our car and made sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Then we had the chance to meet Diana such a nice person with a friendly smile she made us feel welcomed and as if we knew her for our entire life. Picking the right staff at the front desk is key in the hospitality business since they are the face of the business. Thanks to Kenzo and Diana without a doubt I would recommend this hotel. "The room was very spacious and clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and convenient to make simple meals. Air conditioning worked fine and it was useful during summer in Bordeaux. The staff were all nice and helpful. There may not be many things around the hotel but it is not from a far distance from tram so still easy to get around. Overall we had a great stay, but would be happier if there can be refill of coffee/tea capsules in the room given we stayed a few nights there and there was no refill during our stay."
