The spacious living room features Nordic design and high-quality comfort. A cosy fireplace provides warm comfort on cooler evenings, while the large windows let in plenty of light and offer direct access to the expansive garden and the two terraces. Here you can relax after a day at the beach, enjoy the sun, or wind down the evening with a glass of wine.

**MODERN KITCHEN AND DINING AREA**
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including an induction stove, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. At the modern dining table, which seats 6 people, you can enjoy your meals together or spend a cosy evening with a home-cooked dinner.

**COMFORTABLE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE**
The three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people and are stylishly and comfortably furnished. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with luxurious box-spring double beds (180x210 cm), built-in closets, and a TV—ideal for restful nights. The third bedroom features a single bed (90x200 cm) as well as a pull-out bed that can also be used as a couch. Here, children or additional guests will also find a comfortable place to sleep.

**TWO MODERN BATHROOMS**
Both modern bathrooms are equipped with a spacious shower, heated floors, and natural light. A hair dryer is also available for your use. These bathrooms offer everything you need for a relaxing start to the day or to freshen up after a day at the beach.

The holiday home is surrounded by a fenced-in garden of approximately 500 square metres, offering plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor activities. Two terraces facing east and south invite you to enjoy the sun or retreat into the shade. Your four-legged companions are also welcome here and can explore the secure garden.

A small utility room offers additional convenience with a washer-dryer, as well as a travel cot and two high chairs—ideal for families. There is a parking space right next to the house, as well as a place to store bicycles, to make your excursions around the island easier. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is also available so you can stay connected even while on holiday.
