HAUS WESTERHEIDE – This charming holiday home, with approximately 80 m² of living space, accommodates up to 4 people and is situated in a beautiful location in Westerheide in List on Sylt. Particularly enchanting is the breathtaking view across the expansive heathland, which creates a very special atmosphere—especially during the summer months—with its impressive play of colours. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy, open-concept living area with a sofa nook, TV, and dining area. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and various small appliances. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace and the spacious garden—a wonderful place to enjoy the tranquility and the unique Sylt landscape. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and convenient built-in closets. The second bedroom features a pull-out bed that can be used either as a single bed (80 x 200) or as a double bed (160 x 200 cm), as well as a closet. Also on the upper floor is a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet. Wooden parquet flooring and the cosy decor give the house a beautiful, typically Nordic holiday home feel. Its unique location surrounded by nature makes the holiday home a wonderful retreat for a relaxing holiday on Sylt. Free Wi-Fi and two parking spaces in front of the house round out the amenities. Pets are allowed for a fee.
