"The staff was wonderful - very helpful and polite. The room was comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. The tram was right outside the front door. We would stay here again if we go back to Bordeaux. "

"Conveniently located in Chartrons, not in the main downtown area but only about a 10min walk away with still with plenty to do in the area. Plenty of good food around as well. Rooftop is a great vibe, did not have the food so cannot comment. Gym just had a bike, a treadmill, and some free weights but serviceable. Room was clean and more than adequate."
