"The front desk and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Being from the states we were slightly worried about communication. They understood and spoke English very well which made check in and parking much easier. Valet services for personal cars were helpful as well. The room was beautiful and better than our expectations. A lot of features that we wished to have in hotels in the states, such as towel dryers and do not disturb buttons. The rooms appeared to be cleaned twice daily and well maintained. I will definitely be back with friends for our next trip to Bordeaux. Highly recommended. My only negative comment is it is a bit far of a walking distance from the main city areas but otherwise that helps keep the hotel area very quiet."

"The staff was very friendly and super helpful whenever we needed anything. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and a “bonjour” every time we walked through the lobby. We were upgraded to a “large” room at no charge. The room wasn’t very big, but we had what we needed. The rooftop bar has a great vibe."
