Absolutely stunning new home in Litchfield Park, close to Verrado area!!!

Unbelievably gorgeous single story new home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, also a pullout queen sofa in the study area. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with tons of walking trails and parks close by. Super close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. I really believe you will love and enjoy staying in this home for your Arizona vacation. For the tv lovers we have direct tv, an 85ā€ screen in the great room, 75ā€ in the primary bedroom and 75ā€ in the study area. WiFi is of course available for your use.

This property was immaculate and the owner was wonderful to deal with. The kitchen was gorgeous and stocked with everything I needed to prepare two brunches and one dinner. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great restaurants and a large grocery store was less than five minutes away. Looking forward to staying here again.

My wife loved the kitchen, friends loved the huge tv in the living room, everything was great, great communication, Amber cover every single detail, I was able to check in one day earlier at last minute. Will defenetly be booking again.

Spring Training Family Trip

This place was amazing! It was perfect for our two families wanting to enjoy spring training with their kids. Location was central to all the stadiums. The home had everything we needed and whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were promptly answered. Couldnā€™t recommend it more.

This place was exactly what my family & I were looking for. With two little ones (2.5 years old & 6 month old) it was homey, kid friendly, & clean. We were very comfortable. Perfect location

I love this home as it is new, the furnishings are all new and the location is perfect for my family. My daughter lives in Verrado only 5 minutes from this home. This trip, there were five of us adults and it was a comfortable home away from home. Communication with the owner is easy as she is always available. I'm looking forward to returning.

If Iā€™m ever in the Phoenix area this will always be my go to destination. The house was in a great safe brand new development and the neighborhood was very quiet. The home also came equipped with motivational quotes in picture frames in almost every room!

Visiting Arizona for Mariner spring training!!!! Great new home that was pristine, super clean and organized! It had all the supplies you would need. The beds were comfy and it was so great having two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It was a perfect place to stay and the check in process was a breeze! Would for sure stay again!

House was just as great the second time around as the first. House is spacious yet cozy. Everything was clean and in place as advertised. The manager was friendly, communicative, responsive, and understanding. Price is fair for the accommodations and no ridiculous expectations upon check in or check out. Our new home away from home!
