The staff was great! Reasonable price for the accommodations. Only negative was the beds need to be replaced, my back screamed the second night! Overall would recommend!

I like the customer service they were very nice people. I did not like that we were charged for two bottles of water that were waiting in our room..no tags so we assumed they were free.but i was charged $7..was not happy about that. I tried calling but got the runaround

The facilities inside and out was in pristine conditions. Rooms were very clean. It would have beenva 10/10 for me had i not have two unpleasant incidents. First, on the 2nd morning of my stay, someone came banging my door (at about 11am) and trying franticallt to open it. When i tried to get some clothes on, and when to get it, it was a lady enquiring if i was checkinh out. That annoyed the hell out of me. As, i would've thought they'd have daily report that provides that information. Instead of wakinh embarrassing guess to adk that question. Then, i went out that same day and when i got back. I was locked out of my room. I was peeved again. As, i was tired and had to treck back downstairs to have my keys reacitvated. Except for those two incidents. The fscility is great.

Requested for house keeping. I spoke to someone personally. They never came to clean and sanitize our room. We had to change our own linens once we requested for new ones and take out our on trash. They ran out of towels, we had to wait for hours. No hot water, I believe due to construction.The staff was very nice. The breakfast was ok.

Property is very conveniently located. The property is undergoing a renovation right now, so the pool was not open and other areas have construction materials lying around, but that didn’t interfere with my stay. The room was spacious and clean and parking is free and plentiful. Will stay here again when I return to the area. Didn’t have hot water the first day, but it was fixed the next morning.

Hot water was out. Never took a showers that cold in life. There was construction going on. Pool and fitness was closed. There was no warning about this prior to booking. The desk did not offer discounts for inconvenience

We decided to pick the Hilton because we have had good experiences with their hotels. However, we were surprised to find that the hotel was undergoing renovations while we were staying. Normally, this wouldn’t have been a big deal, but it felt as if they were doing them right next door to us. The amount of bumping and noise, including drilling early in the morning made our stay less than comfortable. Also, from my experience, Hilton is usually a nicer hotel. This one seemed to need the renovations as it was older and worn down looking. Definitely not worth what we paid for the room. In my opinion, they probably should have just closed temporarily to get the work done, that would have better than disturbing guests.

They were doing daily renovations that consist of a lot of banging from 9 am till 6pm which would have nice to know before booking. It was really loud.

Accommodating staff in the midst of construction
This hotel was in the midst of refurbishing, so it's difficult to evaluate in a fair manner. We stayed on the 5th floor which had been finished. Our room was excellent in every way. The staff, especially Derrick the manager, was most accommodating and friendly. My rating reflects the construction mess. If we are in the area in a few months, we definitely would stay here again.

The hotel stay was not completely horrendous. The staff were friendly. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets were dirty so I slept on top of the covers with a blanket. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. Only two were clean. The tub was dirty and looked as if someone just wiped it down. The water didn’t work properly for the shower and since it was dirty, I took a shower at the sink. I understand that the property was under renovation but these things were just a major turn off. Maybe I’ll try again in the future.
