friendly and very accomodating staff. breakfast buffet was excellent. accessible and convenient location. location perfect if having a tour to niagara falls from queens tour. pick up location is so close to the hotel. close to the mall, metro station. if you like walking to put your steps in, you can do so and walk to the CN Tower, St Lawrence Markete and Eaton Centre.

For us, the Riu Hotel in Toronto was located in a great spot. We have stayed in many Toronto hotels, and the Riu is just ok. The beds were not very comfortable as well as the pillows - and that's why you're there! Also, the air conditioning vent was noisy during the night, going on and off. Getting on to the internet is cumbersome - more of an issue than it needs to be. Front desk staff super nice and everyone is welcoming when you walk in. Buffet breakfast has amazing choices.
