They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. "

"You can tell it is an older hotel BUT they have done renovations and it is a wonderful place to stay that is reasonable if you aren’t looking for tons of amenities, just a nice place to stay as a couple or family. I’d skip the onsite (in parking lot) restaurant but other than that would stay there again if headed that way."
