"First morning we got up we were missing apart for the coffee maker in the room so we could not make coffee . that evening, when we returned to the room, the maid service did not come in and clean however, the staff did jump in give us extra towels for the next day and gave us a credit to make up for not cleaning the room overall I thought they were helpful."
