"We stayed for one week at One Mambo, Unit 11, and had a fantastic experience. Being on the main floor was a huge advantage—we were just steps away from the pool, Mambo Beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo is modern, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The full kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, making it easy to enjoy meals at home when we wanted. The only minor drawback was that one of the bedrooms could use a closet or additional shelving for storage. We really enjoyed the atmosphere around Mambo Beach. There is a DJ on weekends, but the music never bothered us and actually added to the fun vacation vibe. We rented a car, and Willemstad was only a few minutes away, making it easy to explore the island. Overall, we loved our stay and would return anytime. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was wonderful very sweet and attentive. We had a great time, I told them we were celebrating my sister's (inlaw) birthday and they inflated balloons and decorated which was super sweet and thoughtful. The only cons included Our gate remote didn't work many times.. we received a new one at least 3 times which was an inconvenience (however staff was responsive & were able to let us in quickly) One of the bathroom doors was inflated from a leak (however staff said they'd go fix it the next day) In one of the nightstands my sister found a sock from someone who had previously stayed there. (We did not notify the staff because we didn't want to sound too whiney so they never got the chance to do anything about it.) Still, the sock shouldn't have been there The cons are DO NOT outweigh the pros for us because.. The staff was very friendly The location is calm, peaceful, & beautiful. We enjoyed their pool & the beach. Although keep in mind that the beach access may be a short walk around the apartments, depending which one you get. (we rented the VIOLET BLOSSOM) You will be next to tge dolphin academy and can hear them. Phenomenal location near Mambo beach, I LOVED being able to walk there during the night time and during the day time. There's a breakfast place a few feet away with great food DON'T FORGET TO READ THE BINDER ON THE TABLE it has GREAT/LOVLEY INFO!! IF U LOVE ANIMALS I recommend this place and I would surely stay here again if the opportunity is present!"

The Royal Sea Aquarium Resort

"I chose the Royal Sea Aquarium Resort for a solo birthday trip, and overall I had a good experience. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the shuttle service, which offered rides to downtown Willemstad, the Curaçao sign, the Curaçao Liqueur Distillery, grocery stores, and evening trips into town. This was especially helpful since I did not rent a car. The staff was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room upon arrival. The shower curtain was dirty and needed to be replaced, and the condition of the bedding made me question whether the sheets had been changed before check-in. My concerns were addressed when I brought them to the staff's attention, but I believe housekeeping standards and room inspections could be improved. One of the highlights of my trip was Olas y Copas, the restaurant next to the resort. The food was excellent, the breakfast was very good, and Diego and his team were phenomenal. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. I also enjoyed visiting the Sea Aquarium. The interactive exhibits were fun and allowed visitors to get up close to the animals. One tip: if you participate in feeding the sharks, keep an eye on the birds. They are surprisingly aggressive and may take the food right out of your hand. I learned that the hard way! Overall, I enjoyed my birthday trip and appreciated the location, shuttle service, nearby attractions, and dining options."
