"The Dolphin suites have great location with acces to Mambo beach, the Aquarium, restaurants and shopping. The suites are spacious and clean. Breakfast options were good. "

"The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number. Hyatt is the worst I have dealt with and as much as I travel I will never stay at there hotels. "

"We had a lovely stay in a 3 bedroom villa at Livingston Jan Thiel. We loved that it seemed newly renovated and was very private. We loved our outside terrace with the hammock, couch and eating area. The pool area is lively and a short walk to the beach! The beach passes were great. One disappointment was that there were no laundry services available as advertised but staff recommended M R laundry around the corner and they were great and did the laundry for us for a small fee! The fact that there is a grocery store and restaurants right near this resort is so convenient. The kitchen had things for basic cooking but we would have loved a toaster and baking sheet. Overall I would recommend and we may go back ourselves! "

"It’s an amazing place to stay. The only issue we had is that the employees at the beach didn’t know about the agreement with Bon Bini. They said the voucher was only valid to pay entrance for the beach and not the couch or anything else."
