"Heat didn’t work properly. The house wasn’t warm the entire stay. Furniture was outdated. One of the barstools need to be replaced because it was wobbly so we could sit on it. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable in all rooms. The 5th bedroom could only be used as a playroom for my 2 grandchildren. No adult could sleep on those little couches since they were so low to the floor. I had to purchase an air mattress for one person in my party. Technicians had to be sent out to check the...
