"We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! It was right next to what became our favorite eating/drinking spot on the beach - Brea’s place. "Location was remote, but the private beach was absolute heaven. The island of Exuma itself is absolutely gorgeous. The water is great. Worth renting a boat. The house had everything you needed. Property manager was super responsive. There is construction going on next-door though and the roads are very bumpy to get there… we had a great time! "
