Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"Room was a little tired but clean. Outside windows were grubby. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Best part about the room. On the downside the elevators were a nightmare. The amount of ppl waiting in the lobby for elevators was ridiculous. So access to our room on floor 10 was a lottery. On 2 occasions ..."

Radio City Apartments
"The apartment was very nice. The staff was courteous and helpful. The only thing I found wrong is when we were leaving there was only one elevator too go down 13 floors. I hope that gets repaired soon for the guest and the employees."
