Thousand Hills Resort Hotel

"We loved our stay here, the room was clean, breakfast was great! The pool area was overrun by football players who were in town for training camps but they attempted to share the space. We had a great view of the aquarium, parking was pretty easy. The only downside of this hotel was the elevators were so slow it took forever sometimes because of the amount of people they had booked, so be prepared to wait! We were close to the top floor but we still chose the stairs sometimes because 10minutes is a long time to wait on an elevator. Maybe if they staggered their checkout times it wouldn’t be so bad because it was especially bad at checkout times when no one could take the stairs with all their luggage. Overall a great experience and we will stay here again, Just hoping it won’t be so busy next time!"

"Probably the least expensive hotel i have rented in years. Breakfast was my only complaint, it wasn't bad, (except the coffee, which was horrible), just limited selection. So we only are the complimentary the first morning. I'm not a big breakfast person anyway. Other than that, our stay was fantastic!!! I haven't slept that well in years, Super quiet! Just what we needed!"

"The quiet property was central to everything we wanted to do. The walk down to the waterfalls was a quick little break. We didn't spend time in the Ozark Fun Center but did walk through it. The arcade was bigger than expected. The indoor was unexpectedly closed. There was mold on the handle/crossbar in the bathtub. We only had 3 sets of towels when we arrived for a 4-person check in at 930 pm. They were prompt to bring them to use when we called the front desk. We did play ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, and several rounds of mini golf. Overall, we would strongly recommend this property and will visit again."

"Dog friendly hotel (additional $15 per night). The room was spacious enough for our family of 4 plus small dog. Bathroom was small; not enough room to change in there and the bathtub didn’t drain properly. Their breakfast was a little disappointing, they had a crockpot of biscuits and gravy, bread and cereal. So don’t expect a full breakfast buffet when showing up. Overall it was a good stay, clean lobby and room and there was plenty of parking available and other guests were respectful as well. We would stay here again. I would even say it was walking distance to the main attractions if you don’t want to deal with traffic or parking."
