☆ Queen and Full beds in each of the two bedrooms. These are two adjoining units (one 1-bedroom and a separate studio lockout) with separate entrances. There is an adjoining door between the units that can be locked from either side for privacy.

THE KITCHEN and LIVING AREA

☆ There is a fully stocked kitchen in the one-bedroom unit and a kitchenette in the studio lockout.

☆ Full size washer and dryer available in the one-bedroom unit.
☆ Keurig Coffee maker in both units.
☆ Smart TV in the living room capable of streaming your favorite shows and music. Basic cable also available.

☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.

☆ This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 8 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.

☆ Please return ALL POOL KEY CARDS ($200 fee to replace each one missing)

☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.
