Great Location for Downtown Convention

Four of us stayed in the lovely home. Four women and we felt safe. We were comfortable and easy to spread out. The location was convenient to the places we needed and wanted to go. The only iffy thing was some mold in the shower. Beds were comfortable.

Lovely

Property is as described. Plenty of sleeping areas and a great space to hang out with family. Loved the location as it’s easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit while in town. The only confusion we had was there were three pages that had check out expectations in the welcome binder, but they contradicted themselves as to what was expected so we just did it all and hoped for the best. also, there was not any information in the binder on how to access the WiFi. Both minor things and had no impact on our visit. We will book again!

The house was super clean and close to everything. Loved the hard wood floors. House has a lot of charm. We were pleased with the size of the home for our family. Comfortable furniture and nice sized dining table. Really appreciated the washer/dryer and the two tvs. It is on a busy road so you do hear road noise in the master bedroom. Kitchen was not well stocked for cooking meals (no potato peeler, no colander, only 1 sharp knive for food prep, only 1 medium sized pot, no baking dishes). Only two coffee mugs - we bought a couple and left them in the home for future guests.

Great house for family

This is a great rental. Nicely updated. Nice furniture, comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Well maintained. I took off 1 star for location simply because the house sits so close to the road you can’t turn around without getting into the road so we had to have a person literally stand in the road to watch for traffic before pulling out. And it’s right at the traffic light so you can’t cross traffic to turn in from opposite side of the road. All that said, we loved this location. It is just a couple blocks from Kroger and restaurants and only about 10 minutes from downtown. The house was clean but not spotless but I think that is pretty normal for a VRBO rental. They let us check in early (which we really appreciated) so the cleaners maybe had to rush. But it was clean enough, just looked like the floors weren’t mopped and things aren’t moved around and cleaned under. That didn’t affect the quality of our stay though. It is an older home so not a lot of electrical outlets so just be prepared for that. We brought extension cords so we made it fine. The house is very nice and I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

The home is very welcoming and has the old home charm. We enjoyed our stay. We had a few hiccups of things wrong. Some things you might add are a patio outback, fire pit, more outdoor sitting, and a grill. Also add the WiFi information somewhere in the home.

This home is a beautiful old home and very clean. Location in town is very convenient. Being an old home, the doors do not fully function and did not all lock properly so there is not much privacy. We did not find any board games. This home is very close to the road so you hear road noise all hours of the day and night. I suggest some type of noise cancellation. Leaving the home is challenging as the driveway is located very near a red light and there is a wall of bushes on the other side so you have to pull out into traffic on a hope and a prayer.

Little Rock stay

House is on very busy street. Loud road noise all night. Two full bathrooms yes but only one small shower (about 3ft x 3 ft, very old caulked tile) Other bathroom had tub. Shower drain very slow, water was up to 2 inches deep at end of shower. No toaster, only two coffee mugs - had told owner 4 adults were staying.
