The bed was very comfortable. However, the couch in the room was stained and I didn’t want to sit on it. The bathroom was obviously cleaned, but the shower had stains. The staff was friendly. I went down to breakfast around 8:30 and got a biscuit with gravy. It was cold, but I microwaved it and it was fine. Tried using the treadmill in the workout room, but it had an error message and wouldn’t turn on. The overall experience was just ok. I wouldn’t choose to stay again.

The property didn’t look anything like the pictures. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful and refunded our money when we left. The room smelled like smoke and my wife is sensitive to smoke smells. There was a lady walking down the hall going door to door for whatever reason. When we told the lady we were leaving she apologized and said that kind of stuff usually stays on the first and 3 floor. Not a family friendly hotel.

The staff were pretty friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately we had neighbors who were smoking next to us during our stay so as soon as we left our room, we got a strong whiff of it every time we left. Room was missing towels and phone cord was cut so we had to physically go down to ask the staff for towels. Parking was plentiful and not too bad. Overall, not bad I suppose for the price.

This is a list of pros and cons from when I was there for a couple of weeks: Pros: Cost efficient compare to other hotels that may be within a 5-10 mile radius. Near a few restaurants and right by the internet. Free parking. Multiple charging outlets that can use regular USB or USB-C. Water gets pretty hot for showers. Cons: Hotel had areas that were neglected (such as the small gym area where equipment was broken). Has a strong odor mixture of mildew and Indian food. There was a day where my water in the shower ran brown for about 3 mins. It only happened once during 2 weeks. WiFi is not free. If you are into aesthetics, it is not appealing to the eye. A lot of painting over problems. I did not eat any food here, but I think it has free breakfast. In short, if you just need someone to stay for an affordable price, it will suffice. If you want an experience (or want stay somewhere nice), this ain’t it.

There was not sufficient lighting in bathroom. There were stains on pictures, walls, couch, chair and bedding. There was a space between wall and AC unit where you could see outside and clearly hear conversations at the pool. We were on second floor. The insides of the hair dryer fell apart, pieces were shot out the end by the fan and it started smoking when I turned it on. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the AC cooled the room very quickly. Staff was extremely helpful in getting treadmill to work in fitness center but the equipment was very run down and not clean.

Waited for checkin 5-10 minutes before anyone appeared. Her cell phone was ringing as well as desk phone. Beds were clean and comfortable. We were late arrival. The bathroom toilet seat was wobbly. The lid would not stay up for my husband. The sink poured water onto counter. The bath mat was nasty and there was a slimy substance underneath it. The bathroom door would not close properly. It was dragging on the bottom. The food in breakfast area was cold and not much from which to choose. There was coffee maker in room but no sugar or creamer. The microwave plate did not fit properly. Brought food from breakfast area because it was cold. Overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed in except for the bed.
