"Oh my gosh this place was awesome!! It was so nice and quiet, it’s an older hotel that’s been remodeled but they have done an amazing job! I feel like the bad reviews were because of other people staying there were not considerate of others but that’s no fault on the hotel. We would 110% stay here again when visiting my family. Judge for yourself, we stayed at a hotel in Boise two nights before here and it was horrible with better reviews and a lot more expensive! It was also so nice at this hotel to be in walking distance of several places to eat! The mill is amazing and growlers has awesome pizza, the bistro was also amazing! Give this hotel a try, you won’t be sorry!"

"This is the third time I have stayed at the Evergreen, and I really enjoy it. It has been renovated, so it feels clean, comfortable, and fresh. I love the décor and the new design. The indoor pool and hot tub are amazing because the weather never interferes with my family being able to enjoy them. I also love having coffee in the morning in the new café area — it’s very nice. I definitely recommend it."

Picturesque Cedar Retreat w/ Hot Tub

"This was a three night and two day family getaway to McCall. The home is spacious with four bedrooms and three bathrooms so there was ample room for my wife and I as well as our son, daughter-in-law and four grandsons. The back deck area which also has the hot tub was very nice. The family loved the hot tub and we loved sitting at the high table out there with morning coffee. There is also a stone firepit out back where we were able to enjoy a couple of evening campfires. This house is very modern in design both in the kitchen and bathrooms, and it was completely stocked with everything that you could need. It is located on a dead end cul-de-sac and it is surrounded by the beauty of nature with pine trees and aspens, and was very quiet when outdoors. We found the beds to be very comfortable as well. Just a caution to family groups — it has an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling, so with kids it can get noisy, and unless you retreat to a bedroom or go out back, there is no division of space. Just the same we all enjoyed it and would consider returning again."

"This rental was perfect for the family trip. The bunk beds were perfect for the grandsons and the sleeper couch in the downstairs room was perfect for the granddaughter. The other bedrooms were perfect rooms for the two additional adults.The appliances were excellent; dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, etc. were all functional and clean. The kitchen utensils were numerous and all that was needed. We cooked there but did go out to eat on several occasions. The town is very close and easy to get to the available public beach and coffee shops of the town."

"Our stay was wonderful. The location is close to everything and was perfect for a family reunion that we were attending close by the lake. The kitchen and baths were well stocked and the home is very comfortable and clean. Communication was great with immediate response! Will definitely be staying again if available!"

"Very nice and very cozy!! Inside interior done with beautiful wood work!! Nice and quite as we enjoyed setting on the deck and watching the deer come by! The host John was very helpful and prompt!!"
