"Dirty. It's not listed, but Pickering B doesn't have it's own hot tub. The communal one didn't work and was half full. The water was dirty. Missing and broken curtains. Shower water took awhile to get warm. Multiple crickets which made it hard to sleep. Numerous spiders and caught two lizards. I should have just tent camped. Paid $280 a night. Extended one night because checked in so late, 1230 am. Not offered late checkout or any refunds."

"Our stay at the Thompson was phenomenal. This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, hands down. The pool was amazing, food delicious, comfortable quiet room. I slept so well. HUGE hot shower. Valet was fast and efficient. The property is steps away from great restaurants and the Thursday Street Fair. We loved staying downtown where the action is. We will definitely stay again!"
