Adorable 1-Bedroom Apartment

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Minutes away from Ellicottville and Salamanca. Hike the Pat McGee Trail and enjoy the fall foliage or take the short walk to Huges Hotel or the Bear Brick for dinner and drinks. Recently updated with all new furnishings. This is an apartment building with three other units. There is bound to be some noise. Quiet time is 10pm we ask that you respect the other tenants as we ask that they respect you.

Help is only minutes away should you need us. We live locally and are happy to help with anything to keep your stay as comfortable as possible
Apartment is down town little valley. Walking distance to two different bar/restaurants. With a laundry mat directly across the street for convenience with longer stays
This building is not the prettiest in the outside. Please excuse this as I’ve only owned it a very short time. I’m confident you’ll be extremely pleased with the unit. And hope when you choose to return in the future you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the new siding being installed in the spring of 24’

As Described - great location
We had a hard time finding the place as we did not know the area and did not expect the exterior of the building to look the way it did. I know in the description they said they were new owners working on a remodel of the place, but a quick view of google maps street view and we knew we were at the right place. Let me tell you though, looks can be deceiving. The property owner was great and fast on responses. The interior space was exactly as described and they did a great job on the upkeep of the space. It was close enough to Holiday Valley for us and the description also gave way to some nice restaurants. The people in the area were also very nice. You can’t beat the price and the quaintness. We will keep this place in mind when needing a space to rent in the future.

All's well that ends well
There was an issue with the property I booked, but the local property manager was on top of the entire situation. She was in constant communication. She quickly found us a new and very close property that was bigger than the original booking. There was a slight wait but she really worked with us to make it ok. I appreciate all she did. The stay was great.
