Ellicottville Newly Remodeled A-Frame with 3 bedrooms! Our A-Frame offers the best of both worlds; just 4.7 miles from the village of Ellicottville and the beauty of a wooded lot with a hot tub and fire pit!. Our A-frame is perfect for hosting 2 families or 2 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom. 25 year old min renter age and 10 guests maximum please. Beds: 1 Queen, 1 Full, and 6 twins.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only 10 minutes away if needed.

Wooded lot only 4.7 miles from Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks within 15 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place is yours. Our A-Frame is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, a Keurig with k-cups, a regular coffee maker and ground coffee. We have a hot tub, boards games, corn hole, 2 indoor fireplaces, a fire-pit, and 2 TVs.

Great stay. House was perfect for size for our group of 6 women. House was well stocked and very clean. We loved the cozy setting and the easy drive into Ellicotville.Only mention I would say is that the driveway was slippery sheet of ice, which made getting in and out of vehicles and unpacking tricky.
