"We did not want to leave!!! Bobbi-Sue was amazing- answered email questions- made us feel like family! They even had a bonfire going every night for the guests! Cabin was gorgeous - exceeded our expectations and this stay was one of the highlights of our entire bucket list New England visit! Thank you, PMR!!! Bobbi- Sue is such an asset to your company!! Peter and Alexis were great as well!!!! Hope we make it back!!! 5 stars all the way!!!! Be sure to visit these beautiful cabins! Beds were so comfortable!! "

"A basic motel of the kind not see too often these days. The rooms are well cared for and very clean. The manager is friendly and very helpful. She made some great suggestions about the area which made our trip to Franconia even better."

"Staff was very nice. The parking was limited but doable. Lots of stairs, no elevator, but it was a very nice and pretty building. The staircase was kept tidy and clean. Had enough soaps for the night. Great breakfast and overall, it was a nice cozy little stay for the night. Thank you, staff members"
