Centrally located just 3 miles from the Food Lion, Golf Course, Pharmacy, Lake Gaston Pizza, Ace Hardware, Lake Gaston Coffee Shop as well as many others!

This home is perfect for 2-3 guest. You could fit 4 people easy enough. Although it is a smaller home, the kitchen, living room and dining area is roomy and open! The outdoor area is wonderful. Very private location with a nice outdoor patio. Outdoor picnic table and what appears to be several acres of land surrounding the home. The host responds quickly if you have any questions. I was a guest at home June 2026 and would absolutely return to this home if I am in the area again.

Everything you need!

Outside may not be enticing but walk into a beautiful newly renovated and welcoming living, dining, and kitchen area! My husband loved the large screen tv with a multitude of channels and especially loved the oversized recliner. I loved the decor and we both were very comfortable sleeping with plenty of closet and drawer space. The cottage was close to food shopping and I actually enjoyed a breakfast of fresh eggs from the chickens next door! James and his mom were great communicators and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here. If you want to eat out the Waterview and The Pointe both have great food and are close by. It was perfect for us!
