"住了三個星期，我想分享我對天母丹迪最真實的感受 大家好，我叫 Tony，是一位旅居美國37年的華僑。 這些年來，我幾乎每年都會回台灣4趟，每次大約住2～4個星期。因為經常往返台美兩地，所以台灣的飯店也住過不少，像晶華、喜來登、茹曦等都有住過。 這一次回台灣，我選擇住在天母丹迪旅館，而且一住就是三個星期。 這是我第一次在這個平台分享自己的住宿經驗。我不是專業評論家，也不是業配，只是想把自己這次住下來的真實感受告訴大家。 讓我最感動的，是櫃檯的一句話 這次從美國回台灣，經過大約14個小時的飛行，到了飯店時其實已經非常累了。 拖著行李走進大廳，本來只想趕快辦入住、進房間休息。 沒想到櫃檯的 Joanne 看到我，笑著對我說： 「您來了，真高興又見到您！」 聽到這句話，我真的有點意外。 因為她竟然還記得我。 後來才知道，她前一天晚上其實已經值班到天亮，但面對客人時，還是保持笑容和親切的態度。 對飯店來說，也許這只是一句很普通的招呼。 但對一個剛坐了14個小時飛機、拖著行李回到台灣的人來說，這句話給我的感覺很不一樣。 那一瞬間，我突然有一種： 「回來了，有人記得我。」 的感覺。 也因為這樣，Joanne 成了我這次住宿印象最深的人。 房間不是豪華型，但住三個星期很舒服 我先說實話，如果你期待的是五星級飯店那種豪華裝潢，天母丹迪可能不是你想像中的那種飯店。 但如果是像我一樣，一住就是兩、三個星期，我反而比較在意房間乾不乾淨、住起來舒不舒服，以及生活上方不方便。 這幾點，我覺得丹迪做得不錯。 房間整理得很乾淨，空間也算舒服，基本設備都很齊全，小冰箱、保險箱、吹風機、除濕機等都有。 每天也會整理房間，補充瓶裝水、咖啡、茶包和一些小點心。 這些事情看起來很小，但住久了就會知道，這些小地方其實很重要。 我也很喜歡櫃檯旁邊24小時提供瓶裝水和小點心。晚上回飯店口渴了，或突然想吃一點東西，不用再特別跑出去買。 飯店也有停車位，對開車的人來說很方便。 這次來台灣又碰到不少下雨天，飯店還有雨傘可以借，對我來說也是很實用的服務。 早餐，我覺得吃得很舒服 因為住了三個星期，所以早餐吃了很多次。 我喜歡的是早餐會有一些變化，不是每天完全一模一樣。 口味也比較清淡，不會太油。 當然，如果你習慣五星級飯店那種非常豐盛、選擇非常多的早餐，可能會覺得這裡比較簡單。 但是對我來說，早餐最重要的是新鮮、吃得舒服。 我喜歡天母的生活感 這次住在天母，我也更加喜歡這裡的生活步調。 附近吃飯、買東西都方便，便利商店、餐廳、咖啡店都有。 有時間的話，也可以去士林、故宮、陽明山走走。 不過這裡也有一個缺點，就是如果每天都要往台北車站、西門町或信義區跑，交通時間確實比較長。 所以我覺得，喜不喜歡天母，很大一部分還是看自己的行程。 如果喜歡安靜一點、悠閒一點的環境，我反而很推薦。 三個星期後，我為什麼還會想再回來？ 住過不少飯店以後，我現在越來越覺得，飯店不一定要多豪華。 房間漂亮、設備新，當然很好。 但是一個飯店真正能不能讓客人記住，有時候還是看「人」。 一句親切的問候、一個真心的笑容，甚至只是有人記得你，都可能讓你對一間飯店留下完全不同的印象。 這次住天母丹迪三個星期，我最記得的就是 Joanne 對我說的那一句： 「您來了，真高興又見到您！」 對我來說，那不只是一句服務用語。 那是一種回到台灣、回到熟悉地方的溫暖。 所以，如果你問我： 「下次回台灣，你還會不會住天母丹迪？」 我的答案是： 會。"

"It is a vey nice hotel. The only thing I do not understand is why the last entry for the breakfast is 9:00am. That is very unusual while we can stay inside the restaurant until 10:00am. The 9:00am is a bit early for those who are on vacation especially Taipei is full of night activities. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hot spring available inside the room is nice especially if you love to lie down in the bathtub to enjoy the moment of relaxation."

"The pool was beautiful. The National Park was easy access via local busses and shuttle busses. The park is absolutely stunning. The room was clean. The reception did not explain how to access the hot springs well. I had to ask other guests and/or the lifeguard. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was good although the coffee machine was broken. "

"The staff let us know they upgraded our room upon checking in which was great. Our room now came with an outdoor bath for soaking in the hot spring water. I didn’t love the way the bathroom was designed, especially for showering. The drain for the shower was in the middle of the bathroom with no border around it to stop the water from going under the sink area or close to the toilet so we ended up with a very wet bathroom floor after everyone showered. The rooms were nice and the living room had a unique design that we enjoyed. "
