"I really dig this hotel. For the price I paid, I felt like I was getting way above the pricepoint. Plus Hector, the night customer rep, went above and beyond to take care of my buddy and myself. I love the harbor view when waking up and the rooms were very decent, with great pillows and thick towels! The tv worked, the heat worked well and wasn't obnoxiously loud (like many hotels can be)! I'll definitely stay here any chance I can when I'm back in Oakland."

"Yes....I'm a regular here, but that's because the staff at this hotel go "Above and Beyond". This place makes you feel like family. Parking lot, hotel property and rooms always clean and welcoming. "The staff really delivered, when I checked in for one night between flights. Alexandra contacted the Engineer, Michael, when my key card didn't open my door. He met me at the room and realized that the battery on the door reader needed to be replaced. Once in the room, the TV remote didn't work, so Alexandra quickly dispatched Michael again! They were both incredible patient with the situation and me!"
